This worldwide assembly, in Lilongwe from 16-18 October, is a part of a £4.8 million interdisciplinary mission known as Resilience and Preparedness to Tropical Cyclones throughout Southern Africa (REPRESA) geared toward rising resilience to tropical cyclones in Madagascar, Malawi, and Mozambique below a altering local weather.
